Share the run of show, then tell us what matters beyond it. You may need a strong image of the keynote, evidence of sponsor activity, portraits of the leadership team or the energy of the networking session. A few clear priorities help the photographer make decisions as the event unfolds.
Conferences, launches and company gatherings
For a Prague conference, coverage can follow speakers, panels, delegates and the spaces between sessions. A brand launch may need more attention to products, demonstrations and guest reactions. An internal gathering might focus on colleagues and recognition. The shot list should reflect the purpose of your event.
Make space for portraits and group photographs
Formal pictures work best with an agreed time, a suitable position and someone who can gather the right people. If a portrait station runs alongside the main event, discuss whether a second photographer is needed. That keeps the planned pictures from competing with moments happening elsewhere.
Images ready for your communications team
Tell us how the photographs will be used: a press release, social posts, internal communications or the next event campaign. Agree the edited selection, file sizes and delivery dates. If you need images while the event is still running, include that deadline so selection and editing time can be built into the coverage.
